Delivery & Dispatch Timescale
All orders placed and processed on our store before 4:00 PM Monday through Friday are dispatched directly from our primary UK fulfilment warehouse on a Next Working Day tracked courier service (via DPD). Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends/national bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
Order Tracking
Once your shipment leaves the warehouse, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your unique DPD Tracking Link so you can view live transit updates and delivery time ETAs.
Undelivered or Refused Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is fully correct at checkout. If a package is explicitly refused at the doorstep or fails delivery multiple times due to customer absence, a return delivery fee may be deducted from any final retail refund.
