Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any transit damage, leaky items, or incorrect products must be reported to sales@amshippingnetwork.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence (including images of the damaged product, batch number, expiry date, and original shipping carton).
We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unopened, unused, with all seals intact, and in its original retail packaging. Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, sports supplements and nutritional goods cannot be accepted for return if the outer seal has been broken.
To start a return: Contact us at sales@amshippingnetwork.com for authorisation. Once approved, you will be provided with the return address. Items sent back without prior authorisation will be rejected.
Return shipping is the full responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original shipping fees.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged or defective items: Please provide photos of the damaged product, batch number, expiry date, and packaging. We will raise a claim with our courier/warehouse on your behalf.
