Your Right to Return

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any item for a refund or exchange, provided the product is:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • In a resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via the Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back to us

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We'll resolve this as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Protein powders and supplements that have been opened
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
